This session focuses on the foundations of e-commerce by providing an overview of the core pillars of a successful e-commerce business, including: marketing and customer acquisition; shipping, inventory and fulfillment; returns and customer service; revenue collection and payment methods; and the financial pros and cons of different sales channels.
